Nurses echoed his sentiments as tears streamed down their faces nine years ago.

"Mom, I wrote you something today," Isaiah said as he handed me a folded piece of paper this week.

A sparkling diamond, a nugget of gold or a treasure box filled to the brim with either of them couldn't hold a candle to this letter. He poured out his heart with this precious letter so I filled it back up just as he asked. With hugs and kisses - and more hugs and more kisses - and even just a few more after that!
