Have you ever traveled to an exotic land or stood on a mountain top with a breathtaking view? I'm not a big traveler, so I tend to enjoy these types of views from the safety of a PBS special, nonetheless, I have seem some pretty incredible views.
The upstairs hallway in my home gives a beautifully open view of our downstairs living room. Last night while in the hallway, I glanced down and the view was captivating.

Yep, that's it.
Oh, to many it wouldn't have been spectacular, but to me it was. Gazing at each of them, I didn't recall their bickering earlier in the day, or their complains about doing their homework. I simply saw three precious gifts handpicked for me by God. Happy and content. Warm and well fed. And, perhaps the biggest of all, healthy.
